These informal support groups provide a safe, non-judgmental space to share and connect through grief. There’s no need to commit to a long-term program—just drop in when you need support. Our trained facilitators gently guide conversations and ensure everyone feels heard.


Group Rules:

  1. Start and end on time

  2. Turn off or silence electronics

  3. Be respectful

  4. Listen without judgment
