RESIDENTIAL HOSPICE
Huron Shores Hospice is dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care in a home-like environment to the residents of Kincardine, Huron-Kinloss and Saugeen Shores and surrounding areas. Huron Shores Hospice operates two residential hospice suites located at Tiverton Park Manor in Tiverton, Ontario.
What is Hospice Care?
Hospice care is support for people living with life-limiting illness that focuses on caring, not curing, in the final stages of life. It’s about providing comfort, dignity, and the best possible quality of life—not just for the person receiving care, but also for those who love them. Hospice care tends to the whole person, supporting physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and practical needs. Every journey is different, and we’re here to walk alongside each one with compassion, comfort, and respect.

By embracing a world where end-of-life is treated with the same beauty, care and respect as the beginning, we create moments that truly matter.
With the help of over 100 volunteers and key partnerships with Tiverton Park Manor and VON, we continue to deliver exceptional care and programs.
As a charitable not-for-profit organization, we rely on the generous support of our compassionate community. Fueled by the community’s belief in our mission, we are committed to making a meaningful difference in our residents and their families’ lives.
