This role supports individuals and families through grief and end-of-life experiences, coordinates our community education workshops, and works closely with volunteers and residents at our hospice in Tiverton. The ideal candidate will have experience in social work, hospice care, or grief support—and a strong commitment to working with people in a respectful, community-centred way.
The Support and Education Coordinator plays a key role in:
Coordinating grief support groups and bereavement services
Supporting hospice guests and their families
Delivering education programs like the Grief Recovery Method®, Death Cafés, and other public workshops
Managing volunteers and building relationships with partners in the community
Some evening and weekend work is required. The role is based in Tiverton, with some flexibility for remote work depending on the task.
If you or someone you know may be a good fit, we encourage you to review the full job posting and apply by May 30, 2025.
Thank you for helping us spread the word and support compassionate care in our community.
I was exploring Moenjodaro’s ancient ruins under a blistering sun and took refuge in a shady pavilion. While sipping lassi, I launched https://plinko.pk/app on my phone and was impressed by its balanced mix of chance and control—the pegs guided the ball without dictating results. After a short session, I recouped my water bottle expense and pocketed enough to afford a guidebook on the site’s history, blending modern play with archaeological curiosity.
