A Heartfelt Thank You to Tara
Recognizing the compassion, dedication and care of our RN, Clinical Lead
To our colleagues, clients and the Huron Shores Hospice community,
It is with deep gratitude and emotion that we share Tara’s decision to leave her role as RN, Clinical Lead with Huron Shores Hospice as she begins a new chapter in her career providing end-of-life care.
Deciding to move on has been an incredibly difficult decision for Tara, as Huron Shores Hospice and the people within this community mean so much to her.
Throughout her time with hospice, Tara has supported residents and families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. The opportunity to walk
alongside individuals and those they love at the end of life is a profound privilege, requiring compassion, understanding and a deep respect for each person’s experience.
Tara’s own words reflect the meaning she has found in this work and the gratitude she carries with her as she moves forward.
