DONATING
If you would like to support our efforts to provide quality end-of-life care at our residential hospice suites or grief recovery method support to those suffering the loss of a loved one in south Bruce County, there are several ways to do it.
Ways to Donate
1. Through this website:

2. By mailing directly to us, to Box 242, Tiverton, N0G 2T0. Please make cheques payable to Huron Shores Hospice. Receipts are issued for donations of $20 or more.

3. On-line, monthly giving.

Joining our Compassion Champions group as a monthly donor provides the opportunity to be part of a compassionate community invested in creating a world where end-of-life receives the same beauty, care and respect as the beginning.

The donation form will come up and then you can click on Donate Monthly under Amount.
4. Donate a security or mutual fund. A donation of securities or mutual funds is the most efficient way to give to Huron Shores Hospice.

Canada Helps makes it easy to donate securities, including stocks, bonds and mutual funds, to Huron Shores Hospice, eliminating capital gains tax and allowing you to donate more. We are not tax experts and strongly suggest you speak to your financial advisor before making a donation to ensure you get the largest tax advantage possible. Once you’ve done that and you are ready to make a donation just follow these simple and easy steps.
5. Legacy Giving.

Imagine making a difficult time easier for your neighbours, friends and family needing end-of-life support. You can make a difference in our residents’ lives through any of our planned giving options, which we refer to as legacy giving. If you recognize the need to ensure access to quality end-of-life care for future generations please consider including Huron Shores Hospice in your Will or make one of a variety of planned gifts.
Plus, many of the options provide income tax benefits to the donor. You’ll be glad you gave and so will the families we support. We are not tax experts and strongly suggest you speak to your financial advisor before making any estate planning decisions to ensure you get the largest tax advantage possible.

Please ensure you include our legal name: Huron Shores Hospice and our Charitable Registration Number 75168 9092 RR0001
We live in such a caring and compassionate community and appreciate all your donations to help bring this valuable service to our community. Your gift helps us provide comfort, dignity and quality person-centred care to those living with a life-limiting illness.
